Tablet app for ECG simulator

Client: Realityworks provides comprehensive learning solutions that use hands-on aids, student activities, and assessment tools to create innovative learning environments.

Challenge: Realityworks asked us to develop an app that would connect a tablet to the hardware of an ECG simulator via USB.

Results: The app comes installed on a tablet as part of the ECG simulator package. QuantumSoft maintains the application.

Tablet app for auscultation simulator

Client: Realityworks provides comprehensive learning solutions that use hands-on aids, student activities, and assessment tools to create innovative learning environments.

Challenge: The application had to control an auscultation simulator via BLE.

Results: The app comes installed on a tablet as part of the Auscultation Trainer package.

Apps for various devices to access entertainment database

Client: Minnow Stream Inc. provides a huge database with detailed information about nearly any movie, TV show or series ever produced.

Challenge: Minnow needed a powerful backend to process data and provide it quickly at a user’s request.
The company also wanted apps on all popular mobile and TV platforms.

Results: Minnow TV is up and running, with our collection of client apps: Android, Android TV, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV. QuantumSoft maintains and continues to develop the platform’s apps.

Self-service kiosk and mobile app for food ordering

Client: Revi is a digital marketing and branding company in San Francisco, California.

Challenge: Revi wanted help expanding an online service for ordering food. The client had already begun the kiosk, with the backend on Django and frontend on Vue.js,
as well as a back-office app for Android, built on NativeScript.

Results: QuantumSoft created the iPhone app, which we maintain and will continue to develop. We’ll also help Revi develop other apps.

GDPR-compliant data storage for WordPress forms

Client: FortressDB is a startup offering data storage to clients within their GDPR-registered country of business.

Challenge: FortressDB wanted to allow users of WordPress websites to store data in the same region where they conducted business.

Results: QuantumSoft built a service with cloud storage based in the client’s country of business and a WordPress plugin that provided the website configuration and exchanged data with the cloud.

Service for automated document creation and completion

Client: Based in San Francisco, Docasaurus helps specialists who need to repeatedly fill out standard document sets.

Challenge: Docasaurus wanted a service that could upload various legal documents to a system and complete them automatically,
based on set rules and taking relevant client details into account.

Results: QuantumSoft built a streamlined online service to automate document completion and enriched it with handy functionality.

Tools: Frontend: React-Redux, customized CKEditor
Backend: Node, Express, PostgreSQL, Sequelize ORM; integration with Aspose API, Mailgun

Service for locating C-level managers and improving board diversity and inclusion in the tech industry

Client: Technology executive and entrepreneur Sukhinder Singh Cassidy founded The Boardlist to connect tech companies with qualified C-suite candidates who are women.

Challenge: The client wanted us to change the service architecture, improve the DevOps infrastructure, migrate the service to a new stack and add search options and code coverage.

Results: QuantumSoft revised the service, migrated more than 100,000 user accounts and led the project to production as a multiservice structure on AWS EC.

Tools: TypeScript, React Redux, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, Type ORM, AWS ECS, Cypress, Mailchimp, Elasticsearch.
